What accounting program can I use?
Right now we’re working exclusively with businesses using Xero as their bookkeeping / accounting program.
If you currently use MYOB or QBO please feel free to contact us as we will later be expanding this service to those software and will be looking for Beta testers.
I'm not good at online programs, do I need to format or build anything on my own?
There is no need to be an online whizz to use Swell. We build your dashboard from your bookkeeping file information, so as long as that’s nice and tidy Swell will work for you. You will then receive login details to your dashboard which can be accessed from any web browser and apdates automatically each night from your data file.
We will also step you through 4 training calls to make sure you’re comfortable with accessing and understanding the dashboard.
What happens in the Discovery Call?
When you book your call, you’ll be prompted to supply some basic information about your business.
On our call, we’ll discuss your business and what you’re wanting to achieve to determine if we think we can be of assistance.
I don't understand financial data, will I understand this?
Our Swell program is built specifically for you! There’s no need to have completed accounting or bookkeeping training. Through our dashboard process we will show you your financial data in a visual format (think charts and graphs) and each month we will send you our insights into what these charts all mean as well as some suggested steps you can take to progress your business further.
What countries do you support?
We’re currently offering this service to Australian based businesses.
We may expand to those located outside of Australia at a later time.
